서비스를 크게 만드는 데서 그치지 않고, 반복되는 생산을 자동화하는 공장도 만들었습니다. 직접 설계한 공장 5곳은 단계와 품질 게이트가 정의된 파이프라인입니다. 게이트를 통과하지 못하면 다음 단계로 가지 못하고, 사람이 개입하는 지점은 공장마다 정해져 있습니다. 앱은 심사 제출을 사람이 승인하고, 블로그·영상·웹 도구는 공개 전 사람 승인 없이 자동 검사를 거쳐 공개합니다.I didn't stop at building big services; I also built factories that automate repeated production. The 5 factories I designed are pipelines with defined stages and quality gates. Work cannot advance past a failing gate, and the points where a person steps in are fixed per factory. I approve app submissions myself; the blog, videos and web tools go public after automated checks, with no pre-publish human approval.

Much of my actual PM output was produced through AI orchestration — a PM with execution power, not just planning.

앞에서 본 서비스와 공장, 산출물은 모두 이 방식으로 돌아갑니다. 현장에서 익힌 순서는 그대로입니다. 결정은 사람이 하고, 달라진 건 수행을 AI에게 맡긴다는 점입니다. 그만큼 AI를 "쓰는" 데서 멈추지 않고 "운영"합니다. 검토·하네스·실행·검증·정리·이월의 6원칙 사이클로 돌리는 운영 체계가 그 바탕입니다.The services, factories and output above all run this way. The sequence I learned on the job stays the same. People still decide; what changed is that AI now executes. That is why I don't just "use" AI; I operate it as a system, built on a six-principle cycle (review · harness · execute · verify · close · carry-over).

결정은 사람이, 수행은 AI에게. 방향이 정해지면 질문 없이 지시한다.Humans decide, AI executes. Once the direction is set, I instruct — I don't ask.
AI=로직, 사람=비주얼. lint/build/test → 실제 화면 → 시각·수동까지 충돌을 메운다.AI judges logic, I judge the visual — verify across lint/build/test, the live screen and a human look.
툴·세션이 바뀌어도 같은 상태로 시작하게. 커밋 히스토리·핸드오프 문서로 닫는다.Close so any tool/session resumes identically — commit history and a handoff doc are the memory that survives.
잘 된 과정은 스킬·도구로 이월. 쌓일수록 다음 프로젝트가 검증된 자산 위에서 시작한다.Carry wins forward as skills and tools — each project starts on proven assets. It compounds.
